CTY Air Conditioning designed, supplied and installed all Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation works.

CTY AIR successfully delivered the transformative upgrade of Corpus Christi College, Maroubra, for Kane Constructions & Sydney Catholic Schools. Designed by JDH Architects, this state-of-the-art learning space reinforced Sydney Catholic Schools’ commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation in education.

The completed three-storey facility features cutting-edge classrooms, a resource centre, seminar rooms, and contemporary staff facilities. Students now benefit from a senior common area with an outdoor deck, a multipurpose hall with two sports courts, and a dedicated music, dance, and fitness centre. The upgrade also included new covered outdoor learning areas and expanded green spaces, enhancing the overall campus environment for study and recreation.

Through a proactive and solutions-driven approach, CTY AIR alongside Kane had delivered the project on time, ensuring the campus was ready for the new academic year. CTY AIR had successfully designed and delivered the project with over 500kW’s of Daikin VRV Heat Recovery systems, state of the art Co2 monitoring and Greenstar rated Energy Reclaim Ventilators to efficiently condition the space.
