Danebank College Stage 2

CTY Air Conditioning delivered the Danebank College Stage 2 mechanical package under a contract with Rohrig.

The Danebank Project involved the construction of stage 2 of the development at Danebank Anglican School. Located in Hurstville. The project will included the following:

• Basement level with plant area and 38 car spaces
• Ground level with 2x GLAs, canteen, external stair, reception, and office areas
• Level 1 Library
• Level 2 with kitchen, staff areas, meeting rooms and outdoor area
• Level 3 and Level 4 with 4x GLAs and amenities each
• Arts and crafts GLA’s
• Connections and integration into existing buildings

CTY AIR had selected over 420kW’s of Daikin VRV Heat Recovery Systems in a mix of cassette systems & ducted systems to cater to each classrooms or offices individual needs. There was a total of 96 fan coil units & 41 mechanical ventilation fans all integrated onto a site wide BMS system allowing the end user to easily control & monitor energy usage, aligning with the schools Greenstar needs.
