Sealevel Restaurant

CTY Air Conditioning was engaged to carry out the Design & Construction of the Sealevel Restaurant Project for Vista Build in 2023.

The Sealevel Restaurant Project was our second major renovation for our repeat clients at Sealevel Restaurant, involved a complete makeover to the internal bar & dining areas. The interior design combines the importance of aesthetics and functionality to create a unique décor which rivals the ocean views.

Completing this project over four weeks whilst keeping the restaurant operational presented a difficult challenge that was managed successfully through clear and concise communication with our Client on a daily basis, something that we pride ourselves on.

We had selected Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems & custom made high-tolerance Paltech Elevent swirl grilles to withstand the projects location & high Apparatus Dew Point (ADP), reducing “sweat” produced by the grilles.
