CTY Air Conditioning was engaged to carry out the Design & Construction of the Sylvanvale Bangor Project for Vista Build in 2023.

These state of the art architecturally designed homes accommodate 8 residents who require the highest level of Specialist Disability Accommodation.

These homes set a new high standard for Special Disability Accommodation providing people living with disability, access to purpose built, architecturally designed sun drenched homes within a lush garden setting. The properties follow universal design principles suitable to a range of people – regardless of mobility, intellectual disability and cognitive ability.

We had designed 8 separate Daikin stand alone systems to serve this state of the art facility.
